I was hoping someone could tell me whether to do a Deed in Lieu or wait for foreclosure, and what the legal ramifications might be to me with both as I am on the deed but not the loan. A work out option is not possibnle as they will not work with me since I'm not on the mortgage and refused to assume it. I'm not CRAZY, Countrywide.
