Im a renter, property is in pre-foreclosure & I want to buy
Posted by Maria on July 10, 2008 at 23:29:02: What do I do? I have been renting a great home in Elk Grove, Ca. Through some investigating on my part I realized that a NOD was filed on the property. They are exactly 3 months behind and me and my husband want to buy versus try to find another rental - any advice on how we should proceed since the owner is willing to let it go into foreclosure.
