I just had LIG loan modification services modify my loan. I was in a mess with a rate that adjusted from 5.25% to 8%! I ended up almost loosing my home. They got my rate down to 5% and knocked 57k off my loan balance cause I was over leveraged by that amount and I was just going to walk away but now Im in good shape now. So yeah their site is www.ligloanmods.com I would highly recomend them to anyone who is in financial trouble or foreclosure.
