Cindy ... Yes you should have received some type of notification from the court! According to my sources ... a judicial foreclosure in Florida starts with publication of a "Complaint" and the can take up to 5 month for the judicial foreclosure process to finish on average! You received no "service" of the court Hearing/Trial and no notice of the judicial foreclosure action!!! None of this makes any sense to me! Also ... why is this Attorney/Shark going after your son's house and not your personal home of 20 years? Again makes no sense to me ... Get a Lawyer!!!
