You people have it all wrong. The banks should be the responsible ones because they should be carefull when loaning other peoples money. The only loan a bank should make should be a 30 yr. fixed. mortgage. This would keep the real estate market in check (reality) with the economy. The only way real estate would increase would be with a good economy.
When we start manufacturing everything we use in this country again, everyone will start prospering again for their hard work. I've got way too much to say about the problems our country faces at this time. We do not have any politicians who have run in this election who has the guts or knowledge to lay out all of the problems and solutions. We are now starting to pay the price for bad decision making in Washington.
Bob, You should be ashamed of yourself for blaming the downtrodden trying to have a dream. Why do we go to school to become bankers and politicians and then go on to make economic disasters? It's called greed, Bob. And yes its the Bank's greed. Don't blame the people. Not everyone graduates from college, but bank CEO's and politician's do.
