Our FEES with our foreclosure

We are currectly 7 months behind and trying to catch up with our mortgage. It has been turned over to a lwayers office here in Minnesota. I contacted them, they said the fire sale date was not set yet, the county said there have been no county fees assessed yet. But the fees for the lawyers office are435.00 attorney fee, 300.00 service???, 1466.00 publication ( which it has not been publicated yet) 168.00 filing fee ( the county reports as 46.00) 200.00 for abstarct fees ( which the county reports have not been done) 400.00 BPO/appraisal ??? what the >>>> is that? 135.00 inspection fee ( noboby has been out to the house yet) 5700. to the moprtgage company I will believe that one. 243.89 late fees. Now this I do not understand because the date or notice of the sharrifs sale has never even been given how can all this happen before they even do that. I received this letter from the lawyers office 07/24/08 giving us 30 days all this has happened in this time slot and I am not even outside that 30 day window yet. Can anyone help explain this to me?
