I dont know if this helps or not but we were just offered a loan mod on our home that has been in foreclosure for almost a year. Our lender offered us a 1% interest loan for 5 years on a 650K loan. We already surrendered the house back to the lender in a bankruptcy case and they actually started the foreclosure process, now they decided they don't want to do that. Becareful!
