Have worked with RealtyTrac for many years. Highly inaccurate and prone to duplicate addresses 2-3 times when it comes to bank owned/REO. Information is usually old as well. Up to a year. For my state of Minnesota but have heard the same from colleagues across the US.

If you are going to use a national service I would go to: www.foreclosure.com

I find them as accurate as they get when it comes to bank owned homes.

But both of these offer "free" trials, so I would try both. Just make sure you cancell within the timeframe or the billings start.

During the trial follow up quickly on properties of interest. See if they are actually available.

I, myself, keep track of the bank owned housing for my Twin City metro area. I regularly double check housing that people get off these services. You might check around and see if there are any local agents that specialize in bank owned.

That would be your best bet (IMHO).
