You are right, there are definately a lot of companies that sell the "company" contact info and I have bought a few of them. But what I was referring to, REO Intelligence, actually provides the contact information to the asset managers directly. This includes their email addresses to which I love.
I found a handful searching forums but never in this volume. There is like a thousand contacts.
