Good to hear. Biggest problem (well, one of the biggest) is staying on top of the contact info for asset managers. These guys transfer or just plain burn out at an alarming rate. If this company can keep up with the changes it would indeed be a welcome change.
What I love is the fly by nite websites that sell an agent contact information that is nothing more than the main bank website. Most of the time, banks don't even handle their own foreclosures anymore.
