I had that same concern. Before I ordered I called in and talked to a sales rep. He told me that they update the lists they sell at a minimum of every 30 days and remove any non working email addresses and add new contacts. He wouldnt tell me how they keep it updated, but I was very pleased with what I got. There were just a few contacts out of a couple hundred I have emailed that bounced back undeliverable.
He did say that they initally started out with an option for agents to get an updated contact list every month for like a hundred bucks a month, but they were getting feedback from agents saying they didnt want a monthly fee. So they did away with that option. Go figure.
