I didn't think the listing agent controlled the day the house comes on the market. I just thought it was strange in terms of a quick turn around to get it on the market.
I believe we have a 120 day redemption period. (I live in Colorado) I know it use to be 75 days but changed this year. If thats the case and the bank puts the house on the market does the "former owner" still have the ability to "buy back" the house?
