Thanks again, I am not sure on the abandonment provision but I can certainly say the house is empty. So would you say right now the best thing I can do is keep in contact with the listing agent?
I was thinking of meeting with them to get to know them a little better. Even if this house falls through I figure having an REO contact could be beneficial. Your thoughts?
