foreclosure after bankruptcy- confused

Bankruptcy was final and discharged at the end of June. Now, in August, bank has filed a foreclosure against us. I don't understand why, is that how we get the house out of our name? Bank contacted our bankruptcy attorney, he said no longer represents us-bankruptcy is final.
