If you haven't bought the books and cd's I would say don't. I watched the infomercials late one night and dug around on the internet and found my county's local website. I live in Colorado Springs and the tax lien auctions are held in Oct. The website even lists all "items." I say items because not all of the parcels are houses. Also to note Bill is correct, you are better off with interest and penalties. Its nearly 4 years of on time payments before you can "own" the home here. Check your area for the redemption period.
