I just checked out the site again. That price is for all of the 44 companies in their database together along with a bunch of other products including listing software and that list of 400 companies to register with for BPOs. When I bought the asset manager contacts that stuff wasn't included and I still think it was definitely worth it. I could use that software though.

I have received a good number of BPOs and 3 listings from the info in just over a month since I bought it and look forard to getting a lot more. So it definitely will pay for itself...hopefully many times over.

It also saved me a trip to the 5 Star covention in Dallas. Whats the point now that I already have all these asset managers' info.
