Posted by charlotte on September 21, 2008 at 11:51:12: I am in a simular situtaion i am renting and my lanlord is about to be forclosed on also been taking my money every month , i was told by a friend whos a loan officer that the bank only gives a 30 day notice to vacate ... is this true ,if so is there a way to find out if the property is about to be forclosed on? i just moved in here 2 months ago what can i do ?the lanlord clearly new her mortgage wasnt getting paid at the time i moved in
