Thanks for the reply. But I guess my question is: How can the servicer foreclose without representing any one? If Ownit no longer owns the note. Than someone has to. I have asked Litton who owns the note and they can't answer that question. They said that they have to look into it. I'm still waiting for their answer. Maybe my loan is split up into little pieces and they may not know who owns the note. So again, can they foreclose if they do not know who owns the note??
