Keep in mind that Cash for Keys are not a right, but rather an option of the lender in cases where the former homeowner is still in the property after the bank has full legal ownership. It is an alternative to eviction.
Keep in mind that eviction is usually started even if cash for keys has been negotiated. They won't take the chance of things falling apart at the last minute.
