Keep in mind that your lease will be with a non-owner sooner or later. I don't see how recording it will help.
Unlike a sales situation where a new owner usually must honor the existing lease, a foreclosure does not have to. In fact, foreclosure policy almost across the board is to get the property empty as soon as possible. Either nicely (you just leave or accept a moving allowance) or not so nice...eviction.
