In this case each was offered $1,000 to be out in two weeks. $750 for three weeks. $500 for four weeks. $0 if a day over four weeks as the eviction would be within two weeks.
Cash for keys amount can vary by area as well. Here I have seen a range of $500 to $2,000. And it can be negotiable.
None of these people had stopped paying rent during default. The owner can legally continue to collect rent right up to the end of our redemption date. It's still his/he property. If they had stopped paying they would have been out on the street alot earlier.
But they were informed not to pay once redemption was over. And they knew when that was coming as they had received notices as well.
