Renters evicted nicely or otherwise when a property is foreclosed on and sold. If it has been sold, you would be contacted by the realtor who is being asked to sell it for whoever bought it unless it was a private party. In this state, there is an online website of court actions and you can tell if a bank or mortgage company has filed to foreclose on a property. States differ in redemption periods (time the foreclosed mortgagor can get property back). Counties that have a lot of foreclosed properties actually have a link on their sheriff's websites.
