I'm a little confused. I thought that once the court sets a sale date, the
house is sold at auction and you have to be out on that date. Am I
understanding you correctly in that, if I do not leave the premises the
new owner, or bank, must evict me? I thought that if I did not move out
on the sale date, the sheriff would come and throw me out.
