Buyers Agent Forclosure Info

I'm a buyer's agent in Park City, UT and fairly new. I have a few buyers interested in foreclosures but I'm having difficulty finding out how to find them. Your web responses also brought up other questions.
How do I find properties for them to buy, and how do I firm up a commission on these properties?
Should I look for bank owned or what?
I don't care about the listing end of it, I just want to find these buyers what they are looking for. Any help for this not-too-sharp fledgling agent would be heaven sent!
