Paul:

You can cite all the California laws that you wish regarding the sale of Real Estate (Realty)! I personally have been an Investor in Foreclosure property for over 35 years. When I buy Real Estate (Realty) I do comply with everything that you have posted!

However, as I said in my first posting ..."You have no idea what we do!". We do NOT offer and do NOT purchase Real Estate (Realty)! Therefore, our transactions do NOT have to comply with Real Estate Law nor Foreclosure Law if a property happens to be in foreclosure! There is NO SALE of REALTY!!!

As far as the info on our website ... we try to put it into language that the "Layman" can understand ie: "assume your loan" which never happens ... the loan stays in the seller's name and they remain an owner until the property is sold or refinanced in the future, while we make the payments. Our website is an advertisement ... NOT an offer ... NOT a solicitation to purchase!

As I said before ... all our transactions are reviewed and approved by attorneys ... and we elect to listen to them ...NOT YOU!
