Not an attorney but I don't believe restraining orders cover foreclosures. They are used to keep someone physically away from you. Usually after convincing a judge that the somoneone could cause physical harm.

Your lender isn't a person and frankly, they don't need to go near your property to do the foreclosure.

Novel thought, though. What say others?
