I actually followed the free email templates that they provided on their free bonuses page. I changed them a bit to sound a little more professional, but yeah i just said i was eager to do secondary BPOs, occupancy checks, cash for keys, etc. I send pretty much the same email to toms of AMs, but I bcc them so they didnt know I was bulk emailing.
I only got about a half dozen failed emails out of several hundred I sent which tells me the emails are all legit. i continue to follow up and and i continue to get great responses from a lot of AMs. I am happy with the list. 2k is a lot but I just put it on a credit card.
The way I see it is that one closed listing from this info will pay for this info. I have paid over 2k in training manuals, directories, books, continuing ed, etc in the last couple years and havent made as much progress as i have with this info.
Just my 2 cents, but i think its great.
