I am self employed and my business has taken a huge decrease due to the terrible economy. My wife is employed though. They basically went through my income vs expenses and told me I did not make enough to pay the monthly payment.....Wow what insight they have!!! I was told that since our loan is a fixed rate they can not adjust or mod the loan! My interest is 9.875%! They said the only way to stop the foreclosure is to reinstate and pay them everything owed plus all lawyer fees and any other fee's due! I am considering this a battle and will go to war with them and use eveything at my disoposal to stop them or at least delay them until I can get them to do something that helps. Anything any of you can do to help I would very much appreciate it! I know they just sent this off to this shark lawyer outfit to get it done, but I wil make it as hard as I can for them to complete......
