It may take a bit, they will be reluctant to give you any information. You will have togain their confidence that you are for real and NOT going to do something that will ultimately come back to haunt them.
Used to work for major bank..."Recovery Department"...you would be amazed at the con artists that are out there trying...this is reason for banks reluctance to deal with you.
