I am foreclsoing in WV, am I for a Deficiency Judgement

I live in west virginia and bought a home that is now condenmable, and i am letting it foreclose, Can the mortgage company sue me for a remaining balance, that is left after sale, and if they can sue me, can they garnish my wages up to 75% per check
