Second of all, Right now, Countrywide is postponing ALL sales prior to 12/1/08 (told this by VERY high up in the company, not just CS) to see if you qualify for the national assistance program. You need to call 2 weeks before your sale and they (customer service) have authority to postpone your sale. I hope this helps. Good Luck, we're on the other side, but just in this past week.
