Sorry but I dont consider what I said name calling at all. My opinion. And FYI I do not consider REO and more coming a good thing at all. If you do, it is only to benifit you, the market in general is going down. Factor out your REO and how many normal sales do you have. Not many. And they are down in price. Exclude "seasonally adjusted" also. Use real numbers. And I dont see them here either.
