foreclosing on an LLC

Sold a commercial property to a LLC we carried a second for 120,000. These two women have the money but just quit paying. Both are realtors and own their own realty companies,(one is Remax) and one owns a Property/ Mortgage company! They own beachfront homes etc. They have a
first mortgage of about $960,000. We do not want the Building back, is there any way we might be able to recover the 120,000 owed us?
