where to find a lawyer who charges reasonably for services

Hello.
I live in the San Francisco/bay area region. My house depreciated significantly since I purchased it. My other home in L.A. same thing. Working 2 jobs just barely sustaining both properties. I have 0 leads, no idea what to do. I don't want to go into foreclosure on either property. Is there anybody in this forum who lives in the East bay area who knows a good attorney who can negotiate our loans. We are borrowed in good faith, we did not refi and cash out during the hight of the market. I appreciate any input.
