Florida Condo

We own 2 small rental homes as well as a condo in southern florida. Because of high association fees as well as many unsuccessful attempts to sell the condo, we may not be able to continue making payments. Should we keep struggling to pay association fees if we can't make mortgage payments? Do the laws in Florida allow any judgements against our other investment homes or our primary residence?
