Most banks have a number of visual inspections done during the foreclosure process. But rarely are they going to contact you. Most will be "drive bys" during which they simply confirm that you are still there.
Have done hundreds of these occupancy checks. You are not going to notice.

Seriously, I normally am not to make an actual contact until after the foreclosure is complete and the bank owns the property. Many times the bank will offer a small moving allowance in exchange for not evicting the occupant.
