AZ Foreclosure

My wife and I are in the later stages of a Foreclosure within the state of Arizona. We are fortunate enough to have another place to rent when they sell our house on January 22nd, 2009. My questions is about the actual foreclosure process itself and the banks ability to come after us for the difference of the loan and the actual foreclosure sale price. We don’t have a second mortage on the house or more than 2.5 acres. Its my understanding that they cant come after us, however can anyone confirm this based on experience of going through a foreclosure in AZ?
