I did the same thing for $2500 for 6 months and my original payment was $2812 it was going to adjust. They reduced payment to 2600 after 6 payments and added my taxes and ins on which brought my payments to $3150!!!! So I am walking away...good luck and once you modify they only allow one for the life of the loan so hopefully they modify enough to make it worth it!!
