Sorry Dave. I thought he said he had it listed and has been trying to sell it for 5 months with not a single showing. I would like to see him stay in his house also but I don't see how he can do it without further damage to his credit. The 'paid as agreed' on the second, if they will discount, is about an 80 point hit on his FICO. And the bankruptcty is pretty damaging also. I was offering him a way to avoid both.
