I am also a condo owner in southern Florida and am struggling with condo fees, lawyer fees and 8 months behind on my mortgage. I am pushing for a deed in lieu instead of a foreclosure BUT it's so difficult to get a straight answer. I'm ready to walk away and pay nothing. My condo association wants will not clear the title until I pay them back fees? I don't know what the right thing is to do. I can't dish out anymore money!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could help you-good luck
