I filed a motion to dismiss the case but I never recieved any notice of any hearing on the case or the motion. The notice of cancellation was mailed to me by an attorney who claims to represent the plaintiff but is not the attorney listed by the court. My best guess is that they changed the attorney; is that common or does it maybe have to do with the bank's bankruptcy and takeover by the fdic?
