Steele, what are people to do for help since the non-profit agencies are insufficiant to accomodate the increasing number of families in default?
The article also implies that the FREE agencies may not be as efficiant or as successful as the for profit companies.
The adege is "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".
Putting the industry out of business only will further harm the people looking for help.
