I don't know, when I see or hear the word attorney, I automatically thing - this is going to be expensive. There are many non-profit organizations out there that will complete loan mods. for free, and others that request a small fee up front which is tax deductible. Homeowners should look for someone who is knowledgeable in this area, and not necessary go for titles.
