Foreclosure help?

We inheirted a house that we were going to let go to forclosure since it still had 112k on the mortgage. No after careful study of the legal description of the mortgage, the mortgage only has 5 acre's that house is not even on. The house is on a seperate connecting lot that is not attached to the mortgage. So if they foreclose and there is no house what happens???
