I have a comercial mort.170k owed paid 240k 12 yrs ago 2001 apprasial was 500k/no late payments ever,no back taxes/2nds/or leins on title,2008 self employed my business lost money (like most) the are starting foreclouser on the property,my credit took a hit but it never effected my ability to keep this mort current,is there anything i can do,im sure a new lender is totally out of the question,and this loan is not up for renewal for 4 years? and my current bank will not work with me after 7 years perfect payment history,thanks for any feed back.
