I live in Florida an d cosigned on a loan with my grandmother. loan matures on June 2012. Grandmother died 2 years ago and sister lived in house and was paying mortgage. She recently moved out and has not paid since June. I just received foreclosure papers on the property. It is an old house and no one in family wants it. If they donot get enough from the sale can they try and take my home or car? The bank is Urban Trust.
