State of Florida residence. My house was foreclosed. I qualified for USDA Rural Development loan. Yesterday, I got a letter from U.S. Department of the Treasury in the mail stating that I owe $68,758. Collection action will start within 10 days if I do not pay the balance in full. I do not have the money to pay this. I have not filed bankruptcy. Can anyone help with what my step is?
