the part that we are struggling with the most is the feeling of just wanting to walk away from the house. it's not the "right thing to do" though. right? i mean we were raised to take care of our responsibilities & it's certainly not anyone else's fault that we're in this mess. does anyone have an idea of what the differences are in consequences for walking away & having the bank foreclose vs working with the bank & still having them foreclose?
