Every day I hear stories of how people are suffering and losing homes, the scary part is that it's not on this board, but in everyday life.

I appreciate you providing some input back, as board mods we often get to go through some tough calls but hear little positive response back. Nature of the beast, but the positive responses do go a long way in keeping our spirits up.

Ultimately, people are helped that never post, they just read posts and try to get a grip on their own situation from what others have said. You certainly aren't alone, and you've helped some now, and others that will read this in the future.

That's the point of this board, open help and sharing of information.
