HUD HOMESTORE
Easy to use search. HUD carries the listings for foreclosed homes that had FHA financing.
FANNIE MAE HOMES FOR SALE (HOMEPATH)
Fannie Mae is now a government sponsored entity with their loans guaranteed by the U.S. government, Fannie Mae either owns or guarantees a large percentage of real estate loans. Searchable by city, state and ZIP code.
FREDDIE MAC (HOMESTEPS) FORECLOSURES
Searchable database by features including city, state, Zip code, county, bedrooms and bathrooms. Similar to Fannie Mae, a purchaser of loans on the secondary market.
VA FORECLOSURES
Easy and fast search.
FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION (GOVERNMENT)
National list of foreclosure houses, but not many properties.
